Bracken Park Apartments

This project consisted of three blocks of Apartments.

Our works comprised of the supply, installation of plumbing, heating and ventilation systems.

The supply to these radiators in each of the apartments are via a district heating system.

The project was completed over a 2 year build programme (as part of larger scheme also comprising houses).

This project was carried out for Cosgrave Developments as part of  the overall Bracken Park, Housing & Apartment Development.

Bracken Park Houses

This scheme consisted of Eight 4 and 5 Bed Semi - Detached Houses in Castleknock.

Our works consisted of the supply and installation of Gas Heating, Plumbing and Heat Recovery ventilation systems in each of the properties.
