Supply and Installation of the complete Mechanical Services package for a 197 Apartment Block Complex. These units are located over a basement carpark extending under the entire block. The block has a gas fired Communal District Heating Scheme installed in tandem with a CHP installation. 11 Service cores are provided for the distribution of heating and water services to each apartment. Each apartment is fitted with a heating substation that meters heat usage and provides instantaneous hot water. Each apartment is fitted with a Heat Recovery Ventilation System that provides constant filtered fresh air while recovering heat from ventilated air. Other Mechanical aspects which we carried out on this project included, supply & fit of the following: Rainwater System, Sanitary Ware, Dry Riser for Fire Protection System, Gym AC System, Fire Rated Smoke Ventilation.
